DELIVERY
UK Standard Delivery- £2.45 or FREE
Standard delivery within the UK for orders valued up to £40 is charged at £2.45.
Standard delivery within the UK for orders valued at £40 and over is FREE.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and should normally arrive within 3-4 working days.
Urgent Orders: Should your order need urgent delivery please contact askus@annaandsally.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
European Delivery - £7.00
We are happy to send parcels to addresses in Europe. These parcels are charged at £7 for orders under 2kg in weight. If an order is over 2kg, we will contact you to inform you of any additional delivery charge. Orders can take 7-10 days to arrive.
Rest of the world - £10.00
We are happy to send parcels to addresses outside Europe. These parcels are charged at £10 for orders under 2kg in weight. If an order is over 2kg, we will contact you to inform you of any additional delivery charge. Orders can take 7-10 days to arrive.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Direct Debit and Anna & Sally Gift Vouchers.
Online Credit & Debit Card payments are processed via Nochex secure payment pages.
If you are paying by direct debit, we will not send your goods until full payment has been received into our account. Please email us once you have organised payment and write your name and order ID in the message field for your transaction.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At anna&sally we hope that you will be delighted with the quality and design of the items you ordered however we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund if you are not entirely satisfied.
Please return the item unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact, within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. We would recommend obtaining a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office or using recorded delivery service as proof of delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original delivery charge or the return postage, however should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.

Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense to:

Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising us of your needs.
Exchanges: please include a self –addressed pre-paid envelope for your new items to be sent in.
Returns: You will be credited for the goods once the items have been received. We are unable to refund postage costs.
Faulty items: You will be credited for the goods and postage once the items have been received and the fault is approved.
